Well, I sent my piece off to Polydelphia today! I wish I could go with it but maybe next year. Here's a picture of it. I've been saving it, thinking I might enter it in a contest, but I think this is even better. I really love it and hate to let it go, but all for a good cause.
I just realized it's been 6 weeks since I posted. A lot has happened in that time. The main thing is that I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and have had a rather bad time of it healthwise (it's hard to post when you are laying in bed with the lights off wishing anything would stop hurting and knowing it isn't going to stop anytime soon). However, my really great doctors have made some changes to my medications and things are going better. I have to get the piece I promised to Polydelphia finished today, and it's also the last night of the beginning polymer clay class I've been teaching. So I've got a lot to do, but I should be back to posting more regularly. Thanks for being patient.
